Emergency Stop Devices
Suitable devices for generating the emergency stop signal, which are required by the Machinery Directive on machinery and plant to avoid or reduce existing dangers to persons, as well as to minimise the risk of damage to machinery and work in progress. Emergency stop devices are only actuated manually in the event of danger and generate a signal that leads to the interruption of the dangerous situation. Once the emergency stop control has been actuated, the device remains activated until the operator manually releases it.
